Ladies Classes with our Resident Aalima

Following the appointment of Masuma Jaffer as our Resident Aalima for, a questionnaire was devised to ascertain which courses the women of the community felt would be most beneficial to them. Alhamdulillah nearly 300 responses were received, and the Jamaat is grateful to all those who responded.

The two most popular titles from the questionnaire will now be run as courses over the Spring Term. Given the differing availability of the women who responded, each course will be run twice, once in the morning and once in the evening, as set out below:

Course Title: Connecting to the Imam of Our Time

Monday evening 8-9.30pm

Classes will run on 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th January, 6th, 20th February, and 13th, 20th and 27th March 2017

Tuesday morning 10-11.30am

Classes will run on 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st January, 7th, 21st February, and 13th 21st and 28th March 2017

Course Title: Living the Qur’an

Thursday morning 10-11am and

Thursday evening 8.40-9.40pm (after Dua Kumayl)

Both sessions will run on 12th, 19th, 26th January, 9th, 23rd February, and 9th, 16th and 23rd March 2017
